Analytic Task on Authoritarian Resurgence and Influence (ATARI)

Annual Program Statement (APS)

The USAID ATARI activity is seeking innovative concept notes for small grants from qualified U.S. and non-U.S. organizations. Concept notes should focus on ideas related to strengthening democratic resilience (SDR) and as outlined in the Year 1 ATARI APS. The APS application, selection, and award process will follow the following the steps listed in Section 5.1 of the Year 1 APS. Concept notes will be reviewed on a rolling basis through the May 31, 2023 submission deadline for this APS. Concept notes must be sent via email to grants@makingcents.com by midnight on May 31, 2023.
