The Performance Management and Evaluation Services IDIQ is a new global contracting mechanism that supports regional, functional, and management bureaus at DOS headquarters and overseas. The IDIQ Functional Area 7 covers crosscutting and general performance-related support that may be required by a bureau, such as for strategic planning, performance measurement development, business analysis, and training and support services, among others. It also covers subject matter evaluations that may cut across functional areas 1-6 but do not fall neatly into a single area.
Making Cents International is a member of the consortium led by Social Impact. Our role on the team is to provide technical expertise in youth- and gender-focused assessments and evaluations.
