Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Services II (EVAL ME II) IDIQ (2020-2025)

Making Cents International is a prime holder of the EVAL ME II IDIQ by USAID’s Bureau for Policy, Planning, and Learning (USAID/PPL). The purpose of the EVAL ME II IDIQ is to provide USAID with technical and advisory services for monitoring, evaluation, and learning to promote evidence-based decision making for adaptive management across the Agency. This includes quantitative and qualitative evaluation studies and assessments, evaluation syntheses, performance monitoring, evaluation monitoring training, learning from evidence to adapt programming, and knowledge management.

SWIFT-Support IDIQ (2020-2025)

Making Cents International is a prime holder of the Support Which Implements Fast Transition 5-Long-Term Technical Assistance to Support OTI Program Operations (SWIFT-Support) IDIQ by USAID’s Office of Transition Initiatives (OTI). The SWIFT-Support IDIQ will operate alongside SWIFT-Programs IDIQ to provide OTI with the means to support U.S. foreign policy objectives by catalyzing local initiatives to advance stability, peace, and democracy in response to complex political crises.

Analytical Services IV IDIQ (2019-2024)

Making Cents International, in a joint venture with Development Professionals, Inc., is a prime holder of USAID’s Bureau for Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance’s Center of Excellence on Democracy, Human Rights and Governance (DCHA/DRG) Analytical Services IV IDIQ. The purpose of this IDIQ is to provide DCHA/DRG with the experts, resources, and analytical tools to respond to requests for democracy, human rights and governance (DRG) assessments, DRG sub-sectoral, and related assessments or analysis; technical assistance to support DRG strategic planning, program design, and results management; research, special studies, and surveys; training and networking support; and rapid response transitional environment support. Analytical services under this IDIQ will improve USAID’s ability to promote resilient, democratic societies, and support U.S foreign policy objectives.

GSA Professional Services Schedule (2019-2024)

GSA AdvantageMaking Cents International became a General Services Administration (GSA) Professional Services Schedule (PSS) holder in April 2019. PSS is a GSA Schedule all U.S. Government agencies can use as a contracting mechanism to access services from pre-qualified contractors, including Making Cents. Department of State (DOS) Performance Management and Evaluation Services IDIQ (Functional Area 7: General/Crosscutting) (2017-2022)

The Performance Management and Evaluation Services IDIQ is a new global contracting mechanism that supports regional, functional, and management bureaus at DOS headquarters and overseas. The IDIQ Functional Area 7 covers crosscutting and general performance-related support that may be required by a bureau, such as for strategic planning, performance measurement development, business analysis, and training and support services, among others. It also covers subject matter evaluations that may cut across functional areas 1-6 but do not fall neatly into a single area.

Making Cents International is a member of the consortium led by Social Impact. Our role on the team is to provide technical expertise in youth- and gender-focused assessments and evaluations.

Global Programming Consortium to Advance the Status of Women and Girls (2017-2021)

The Global Programming Consortium to Advance the Status of Women and Girls supports the Department of State Office of Global Women’s Issues (S/GWI) to strengthen the capacity of civil society in target countries to effectively advance the status of women and girls in core thematic areas, via three objectives:

  1. Enhance the organizational and technical capacities of civil society organization partners (CSOPs) and empower them to strengthen response to gender-based violence (GBV), advance the women, peace, and security (WPS) agenda, and support women’s economic empowerment (WEE);

  2. Implement crosscutting strategic initiatives (“SIs”) to strengthen response to GBV, advance the WPS agenda, and support WEE in target countries; and

  3. Engage in collaborative research and learning to build a body of evidence on promising practices aimed at strengthening response to GBV, advancing the WPS agenda, and supporting WEE.

Making Cents International is a member of the consortium led by the American Bar Association/Rule of Law Initiative (ABA/ROLI). We are a resource partner that will contribute technical expertise to projects focusing on WEE activities.
