USAID’s Compliance and Capacity Support for Diverse Partnerships (CCSDP) IDIQ (2023-2028)

Making Cents is a prime holder of this five-year, $250 million IDIQ from USAID’s Bureau for Democracy, Development, and Innovation’s Local, Faith, and Transformative Partnerships (LFT) Hub will provide technical support to USAID Missions and Operating Units in their engagement with non-traditional partners, including local actors, new partners, faith-based organizations, and minority-serving institutions.

Central America Regional Support Services (CARSS) IDIQ (2024-2029)

Making Cents is a Small Business prime holder of this five-year IDIQ. Task Orders issued under this IDIQ aim to provide USAID Regional and Bilateral Missions within Latin America and the Caribbean (LAC) with support for addressing a variety of issues affecting the root causes of irregular migration from Central America to the United States, particularly those related to economic opportunity, governance and transparency, climate change, crime, and insecurity.  

Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Services II (EVAL ME II) IDIQ (2020-2025)

Making Cents International is a prime holder of the EVAL ME II IDIQ by USAID’s Bureau for Policy, Planning, and Learning (USAID/PPL). The purpose of the EVAL ME II IDIQ is to provide USAID with technical and advisory services for monitoring, evaluation, and learning to promote evidence-based decision making for adaptive management across the Agency. This includes quantitative and qualitative evaluation studies and assessments, evaluation syntheses, performance monitoring, evaluation monitoring training, learning from evidence to adapt programming, and knowledge management.

USAID’s Balkans Regional Support Program Activity (BRPSA) IDIQ (2023-2028)

Making Cents is a prime holder of this five-year, $20 million IDIQ from USAID’s Regional Office of Acquisition and Assistance (ROAA) at the USAID Mission in Kosovo. This IDIQ will provide program support services for USAID Missions in the Balkan region, including Albania, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Serbia. Services provided to Missions under this IDIQ may include program office support, performance management, evaluation, collaborating; learning; and adapting, strengthening capacity of local MEL providers, program information management, data quality assessments, development information system, outreach information, and support services. 

Analytical Services IV IDIQ (2019-2024)

Making Cents International, in a joint venture with Development Professionals, Inc., is a prime holder of USAID’s Bureau for Democracy, Conflict and Humanitarian Assistance’s Center of Excellence on Democracy, Human Rights and Governance (DCHA/DRG) Analytical Services IV IDIQ. The purpose of this IDIQ is to provide DCHA/DRG with the experts, resources, and analytical tools to respond to requests for democracy, human rights and governance (DRG) assessments, DRG sub-sectoral, and related assessments or analysis; technical assistance to support DRG strategic planning, program design, and results management; research, special studies, and surveys; training and networking support; and rapid response transitional environment support. Analytical services under this IDIQ will improve USAID’s ability to promote resilient, democratic societies, and support U.S foreign policy objectives.

Programming for Prevention and Peacebuilding (P4P2) IDIQ (2023-2028)

Making Cents is a subcontractor to two prime contractors, DT Global and Democracy International, who have been awarded USAID’s Programming for Prevention and Peacebuilding (P4P2) IDIQ. This IDIQ will support USAID in preventing the outbreak, escalation, or recurrence of conflict and violence; promoting peaceful, resilient societies; adapting USAID’s traditional development work to account for its effects on conflicts; and expanding USAID’s peacebuilding and stabilization capabilities. 

Department of State (DOS) Performance Management and Evaluation Services IDIQ (Functional Area 7: General/Crosscutting) (2017-2022)

The Performance Management and Evaluation Services IDIQ is a new global contracting mechanism that supports regional, functional, and management bureaus at DOS headquarters and overseas. The IDIQ Functional Area 7 covers crosscutting and general performance-related support that may be required by a bureau, such as for strategic planning, performance measurement development, business analysis, and training and support services, among others. It also covers subject matter evaluations that may cut across functional areas 1-6 but do not fall neatly into a single area.

Making Cents International is a member of the consortium led by Social Impact. Our role on the team is to provide technical expertise in youth- and gender-focused assessments and evaluations.

Global Programming Consortium to Advance the Status of Women and Girls (2017-2021)

The Global Programming Consortium to Advance the Status of Women and Girls supports the Department of State Office of Global Women’s Issues (S/GWI) to strengthen the capacity of civil society in target countries to effectively advance the status of women and girls in core thematic areas, via three objectives:

  1. Enhance the organizational and technical capacities of civil society organization partners (CSOPs) and empower them to strengthen response to gender-based violence (GBV), advance the women, peace, and security (WPS) agenda, and support women’s economic empowerment (WEE);

  2. Implement crosscutting strategic initiatives (“SIs”) to strengthen response to GBV, advance the WPS agenda, and support WEE in target countries; and

  3. Engage in collaborative research and learning to build a body of evidence on promising practices aimed at strengthening response to GBV, advancing the WPS agenda, and supporting WEE.

Making Cents International is a member of the consortium led by the American Bar Association/Rule of Law Initiative (ABA/ROLI). We are a resource partner that will contribute technical expertise to projects focusing on WEE activities.
