The FastStart Internship Training Camp is an interactive curriculum that prepares youth for successful internships. The Training Camp focuses on the key behaviors and attitudes that employers identified as essential to success – teamwork, a sense of ownership, a sense of urgency, problem solving, and organization and presentation of information. Each curricular module utilizes applied learning to build the capacity of youth to apply these skills in the internship setting, and ultimately to translate an internship into a job.
