We promote economic opportunities among youth and adults through market-driven solutions and local capacity strengthening. Our work supports business development organizations to equip aspiring entrepreneurs and smallholder farmers with the tools to identify and take advantage of viable business opportunities. We also assist financial institutions, training providers, and employers to recognize the potential among marginalized populations so that they can serve them with sustainable financial services or work readiness training.
